Launched in April 2021, the Hall of Fame @ Kampong Gelam features the works of 17 Singapore-based artists prominent five-metre tall walls over a collective 238-metre stretch along Bali Lane and Ophir Road. Initiated and led by One Kampong Gelam, the association representing the interests of stakeholders in the precinct, the project was supported by organisation like the Singapore Tourism Board and the Urban Redevelopment Authority.

Nomadic Collective served as the integrated communications agency to coordinate and manage media relations and digital marketing efforts throughout the 4-month campaign:

  • Development and execution of their media relations and influencer engagement for the entirety of the campaign to the regional markets: Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand

  • Planned and managed the launch of the Hall of Fame with media, stakeholders and artists in attendance

  • Development and execution of their social media content strategy which includes community engagement, video production on a mini docu-series to drive engagement and the overall narrative of the project

  • Development of content articles for Hall of Fame's microsite

  • Development and management of strategic partnerships to drive awareness through thoughtful collaborations with brand partners within the vicinity

The campaign was extended by a month due to the first round of Phase 2 (Heightened Alert) in May. In five months,

  • We garnered over 13 million reach and 16 million impressions across all social media platforms

  • Received 60 unique editorial features on the Hall of Fame, with 30% coverage from publications outside of Singapore

  • Achieved over S$150,000 in media value across print, digital and radio

At Singapore Tourism Awards 2022, the Hall of Fame won the Top Award (Special Recognition).
